A13. How frequently is my consumption data recorded?

There are two different meter types which can be used to record electricity consumption at your property. Each property will have only one metering type.

If your property has accumulation metering, we will visit to take a reading approximately every three months.
If your property has interval metering, your consumption will be digitally recorded at 5, 15 or 30 minute intervals throughout the day. 288, 96 or 48 consumption values are recorded each day. We obtain your consumption data remotely through a private secure data network.
